1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your Striive subscription agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the agreement was made. The agreement is made when you complete payment in Stripe Checkout or, if you take over a demo site with a free trial, when you confirm the takeover.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement before the period expires, for example an e-mail to admin@striiveai.com or a letter to Striive v/ Mathias Quist Michaelsen, Midgårdsvej 10, 8800 Viborg. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your notice before the period expires.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. You pay no fees for the refund.
If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you tell us that you withdraw. The amount is calculated pro rata from the total price of the subscription period, and the rest is refunded. AI usage beyond the included amount that you have used until then is paid by actual use.
The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the agreement has been fully performed.
When you have withdrawn, we take the website offline and its content is deleted as described in the terms of service on cancellation.
