Should booking and the website live in the same system?
No, they don’t have to. EasyMe can both make a website and put the booking on a website you already have, and so can most booking systems.
With everything in one system, you have one login and one bill. With the website on its own, you can change booking system without changing website, and the website can be built to be found on Google, with several pages and a blog. In Striive you link to your booking until online booking arrives in Striive.
When is EasyMe the right choice?
EasyMe is the right choice if you need it all in one Danish system:

- Invoices that land in Dinero automatically.

How do you switch from EasyMe?
You switch from EasyMe by having the new system ready before you move clients and notes:
- Write down what you use in EasyMe today: booking, client notes, payments, newsletters, courses and website.
- Ask EasyMe how to export clients and client notes. Notes must be kept according to the rules for your profession, also after a switch.
- Set up the new booking system with your services, prices and opening hours.
- Build the website. With move your website you give Striive the address of your current website, and the “Book a time” button links to your new booking system.
- Tell your regular clients where to book from now on, and move the domain last.
- Cancel EasyMe once everything runs. The subscription can be cancelled online in EasyMe.
