What kind of app is it?

The plan is not an app from the App Store or Google Play. It’s the Striive admin installed from your browser, as a web app: it gets its own icon on your home screen, opens in its own window like any other app, and can send notifications.

The upside: no app store to go through, and the app is always the same Striive you know from your computer.

How it’s planned to work

1. Open the Striive admin in your phone’s browser, and install it as an app.
2. Allow notifications, if you want them. We’ll tell you what you’ll be notified about before your phone asks.
3. Get a push notification when something happens, such as a new enquiry, and see a badge on the icon with what’s waiting.
4. Share a photo from your phone’s gallery straight to your Striive media library, ready to use on a page.

Where the computer is still best

The editor is at its best on a bigger screen. Quick jobs, like reading an enquiry or uploading a photo, work fine on your phone. Building a new page is easier at a computer.
